With meat specialties (Pastırma), egg dishes (Menemen), garlic sausage (Sucuk), and savory filled pastries (Gözleme), nothing stands in the way of a successful start to your day.At BACK-LAVA, there are no bland ready-made products; we prepare everything ourselves. Our team consists of professionals. Everyone is well-versed in the unique aspects of Turkish cuisine. This also applies to the employees in our bakery. In addition to baklava, we also produce sesame rings, angel hair pastries, milk desserts, pastries, and much more there.
